Downloads drivable Mumbai road graphs from OpenStreetMap, computes primary convoy routes, identifies feeder connections into those routes, and exports interactive Folium maps. The goal is minimum disruption to surrounding traffic, not just the shortest path.

Still a simulation, not live traffic control. The next step is CLI-based scenario input so city, coordinates, and route scoring become configurable per run.
